Nice to meet you, my name is Christina.

I’m a social scientist by training and investor and operator by profession. Currently I’m building the future of work at Cisco Collaboration, a multi-billion business encompassing Meetings, Messaging, Calling, Contact Center, and Devices (Phones and Video Endpoints). If we succeed, we will fundamentally improve the way people work, learn, connect, and communicate - that’s a mission I can get behind!

Prior to Cisco, I was the first Investment Associate at Spero Ventures, a $100M early stage fund investing in founders building a future that belongs to everyone. At Spero, I had the privilege of investing in and supporting founders who were solving critical problems in three areas: well-being, work & purpose and human connection.

I started out at Goldman Sachs in the investment banking group, where I supported the execution of multi-billion dollar M&A transactions and debt and equity financings for Fortune 500 and private companies.

I believe that some of the greatest social and environmental challenges of our time are massive market opportunities, and I'm looking to invest in and support mission-driven entrepreneurs who are tackling these challenges in a scalable and profitable way. I believe that capitalism can be conscious, and that entrepreneurship can be a catalyst for social change. However, I am also mindful of where the benefits of technological advancements accrue, and I recognize that some problems must be solved through public and social sector intervention.

Outside of work, you might find me at a book store, yoga studio, concert venue, art gallery, or symphony. And if I’m not there, I’m most likely making something: drawing, painting, or crafting.
